TENAY'S ADDON GUIDE Many players choose not to use add-ons, most play with a select few, and some such as myself play with an abundance that we can not live without. The following guide is my personal opinion, and recommendations for add-ons. We’ll start with the basics, and later I’ll get into my mage specific set up. *Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations for PVE as I haven’t raided since the beginning of Mists of Pandaria*

GENERAL
The following are addons EVERY WoW PLAYER SHOULD HAVE DOWNLOADED. Whether you’re a filthy casual, if you only RP, PVE, or PVP you need all of these regardless.
1. DBM(Deadly Boss Mods) – Doesn’t even matter what it does, just go download it. 2. GTFO – Honks really freaking loud at you if you’re standing in something you should not be standing in. ie, FIRE. 3. Healers Have to Die – Lets you know who is a healer, enemies or otherwise, and also let’s you know when one of your healer friends is being attacked by something/someone. 4. Recount – Damage/Healing meter.

INTERFACE
A lot of people tell me, “Tenay your UI is weird wtf”. Well that’s because while a lot of people choose to play with the standard Blizzard interface, I like to have complete control over where everything is. And I mean EVERYTHING.
1. ElvUI – Doing a complete overhaul of your UI if you haven’t before can be intimidating. The great thing about ElvUI is how user friendly it is. The initial set up it does for you, and once you get comfortable playing around with more specific settings, it’s so easy to use and the possibilities are endless. 2. Titan Panel – Adds a top(or bottom) bar to your interface, allowing numerous nifty plug ins. 3. Tidy Plates – I’m still getting used to this one. (Recommended by Zunit.) 4. SexyMap – Makes your mini-map a) SEXY, with a variety of different designs. And b) Moveable. 5. Quartz – Customizable castbars. 6. Simple iLevel – Gives you the average ilvl of a player in the tooltip 7. WIM – WoW Instant Messenger. Sets up all your whispers in nifty little chat boxes so they’re not lost to the spam of general/trade chat. There’s emoticons and everything! 8. VuhDo (Healing Specific Addon) – Raid frames with a “click to heal” function. Best healing addon, I have been using it for years on my druid, and more recently on Candiscayne. 9. Decursive – a cleansing mod making debuff removal easy. Great for any class with a cleansing ability.

1. Healers Have to Die 2. GTFO 3. Gladius (Recommended by Zunit) 4. GladiatorlosSA (Recommended by Zunit) – Sound alert addon. 5. SaySapped – Kinda self explanatory? When you’re sapped it will say “Sapped”.
